Poora route speedup nahi hua hai Jo area Park ke bahar ke hai waha speedup hoga.Purane PSR wahi par hai.Koi Change nahi hai.

This is something which was expected.
If You checkout the satellite view of dehradun haridwar track..U will get to know the forest area..
As we leave DDN..hardly after 6-7 km forest area starts and goes upto Doiwala..and after Doiwala, most part of route is through forests.
I dont think it would be possible to run train at 100 kmph and suddenly reduce the speed...

MB division just clarified only 18km of tracks lie in Rajaji National Park PSR of 30km/h in night and 40km/h at day time there and will never be removed unless HC allows.Rest stretch speed never increased above 50km/h.Trains will be able to attain upto 100km/h now on rest of the stretch.
