I travelled with my Mom, Dad & Aunt to Pune. In my coup Me & My Aunt, NON VEG, rest all are VEG. In My Mom & Dad's Coup, baring them all others were VEG.
I understand one should respect the others religious sentiments and be cautious while eating non veg food but then this is also an infringement in one's personal eating habit. Now will others decide what one should eat or what not too. Tomorrow some one may rise and file an affidavit that in hotels and restaurant, they too should segregate people between veg and non veg. Is everything practically possible? Imagine we are in a group of 5 where 3 people are non veg and 2 pure veg, then what to do railways should segregate the entire group and put them in veg coaches and non veg coaches sperately? Is this possible practically? If u have problem politely request the other person to take the upper birth and eat ur food? Or for some time u can change ur place. It's just a matter of few minutes. So now in such situation they will segregate depends on veg and non veg then we can't travel with our family members who differs in veg and non veg. It's just disgusting PIL Jo insaf karna hai usko chodke aise faltu cases karte baitenge toh hum tarakki nahi karnewale bus Jahan k wahi reh jayenge.. Passengers k hith me bhi kuch cooperation aur sahayata hona chahiye SAB kuch railway hi nahi kar payega humko bhi uske saat saat milkar kaam karna chahiye.. Zyada ache compartments do toh cheeze choori karna usko barbaad karna aisa karenge toh hum log layak nahi achi suvidha ko lekar..
I strongly agree with you bhai as this is for some publicity stunt else who have time in India to run behind what one eats or not it's their wish whatever they eat and han it's just matter of few minutes they can shuffle places and have food and take their seats for this why railways should do segregation nonsense thinking of this advocate...
Court will directly take action against this PIL ..
