I think a dining car would be good, and they should make it a vistadome dining car maybe. Also, I think 1st class should have personal toilets/showers and LCD TVs. Maybe they can introduce a 1st AC Premium with these kind of coupes. Even some trains in Pakistan have this. Can be introduced in rajdhanis and some other premium trains.
Already 1AC is more expensive than some of the airline connections between some cities.
Adding all that you mentioned in 1AC would increase the 1AC cost and would be more unaffordable to normal passengers and only users would be politicians and that too for free.
