till both the tickets are waitlisted and you cancel it you will definitely get the refund after deducting some cancellation charges.
(in case of partially ocnfirmed ticket ,i am not sure of the rule)

Want to post a Tip for all who have this Traumatic pain by not getting confirm ticket from this train- From Ajmer to Vadodara on Sunday
1- Book ticket from Ajmer to Chittaurgad in Santagachi Express(19:30 AII- 23:00 COR) : Always Available in Huge number
2- Then Book ticket from Cittaurgarh to Vadodara(00:10 COR 08:30 BRC) in Nathdwara Okha Express : Always avaulable in huge number.
