Jha, in a statement, criticized the railways for merely making announcements without action, calling it a 'tease'. They highlighted the importance of the train for the holy month of Shravan, as it would ease travel to Babangari Devghar for Mithilanchal residents. They urged the Railway Minister to promptly set a date for the train's operation.

baad bhi abhi tak train chalna shuru nahin hua hai, jisse logon ka sabar ka bandh tut raha hai. Mithila Vikas Manch ke president Fulkaant Jha aur RJD district in-charge Mukesh Jha ne ek statement mein kaha ki railways sirf announcement karke Mithilanchal waalon ko 'jhunjhuna' pakda deta hai. Unhone kaha ki is train ko pavitra mahina Shravan mein chalaane se Babangari Devghar aane jaane mein Mithilanchal waalon ko bahut rahat milegi. Unhone railway minister se is train ko jaldi se chalane ki date decide karne ki maang ki hai.
