National Treasurer, Manoj Pandey as National Executive President, and Sanjeev Mukherjee as National Auditor. The convention demanded the promotion of Junior Engineers (JEs) and Senior Section Engineers (SSEs) to Group B positions in the railways. Former National Secretary Kailash Yadav chaired the event. Participants included Ram Autar Prasad, A.K. Tyagi, G.R. Pannu, R.K. Pandey, R.P. Sharma, A.K. Verma, H.S. Bhadauria, Shailendra Singh, and Vinod Sachan.
