to the Chakradharpur Divisional Headquarters. Following questioning, departmental action is being planned against the carriage personnel responsible for inspecting the wagon. On April 30, a wagon wheel of a freight train going from Tatanagar Yard to Kharagpur derailed and re-railed at the railway loco crossing on the third line. The train was stuck at the crossing from 9:35 AM to 10:50 AM, causing inconvenience to pedestrians and two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicle users. On April 15, two wheels of a freight train derailed on line number 11 of Tatanagar Railway Yard. The departmental investigation revealed that the wagon wheels lacked grease. This led to buffer jamming and the wagon's wheel jumping off the track.

Isse paidal raahgirion aur do-chaar pehiya vaahan sawari railway karmiyon aur padaadhikariyon ko aavaagaman mein dikkat hui thi. Isse pehle 15 April ki dopahar Tatanagar railway yard ki line number 11 pe maalgadi ke do pehiya patari se utre the. Vibhagiya jaanch mein pata chala ki maalgadi wagon ke pehiyon mein grease nahin tha. Isse buffer jam hone se wagon ka pehiya uchhal kar patari se utar gaya tha.
