Before blaming any division particularly try to understand the mindset of the zone..SER was never been a passenger centric zone like ER & don't forget Adra still tops the coal loading divisons of IR just after Dhanbad & with the most number of 25T capble routes in SER just after CKP. The routes of Adra Divison are already over saturated , so putting a new train on these routes required a lot of planning and recommendations.
The extension of KGP shed is for the odisha based routes , not for us.
