I feel Humsafar is value for money (if original HS rake is used). Comfort is good and if facilities is being provided then that needs to be paid. Just that IR should see that original HS coaches are used in all humsafar trains. Many are running with vinyl pasted on red lhb coaches. Garib raths are superhit and should not be touched till their coaches have life. They have punctuality, desired speed but lack comfort. Its just too congested. I cant compare a Yuva CC with that of a normal intercity CC (leave shatabdis). Both are good in their own way. And in HS, if you are in first 50% queue then you will get ticket at base price which is quite close to fare of normal trains 3A. And after that also fare increases to a maximum of 1.4.
