One more suggestion is this surge should nt be included for trains which does not cross 110 , here in MAS,SBC all trains are 110 limited only , just like an AC exp travel. Even SBC mail takes same time as Shatabdi but trolled at outer.

Sir baat sirf 130mps ki nahi hai priority aur timing ki bhia hai. Abhi raj ko jo priority aur timing haasil hai ki kam se kam late rakhna hai, ye saare 130mps waale trains ko extend karna possible nahi hai. Since raj trains are only 22 in number inko de rahe hain.
Only mps with priority is of no use.

The base fare of rajdhani/Shatabdi/Duronto is already higher than the ME base fare by 20% and in addition to it SF/Reservation charges are also levied. So they are already costlier than the SF trains bu 20% of base fare.
It is the journey time which matters to passenger and not the max.speed. If extra fare is to be collected in the name of speed, the best solution is to create a new class of special superfasts with avg. speed above 65/75 kmph and keep fares accordingly higher.
