Most impractical idea! Mumbai to Pune is less than 200 kms. So? It appears the Minister is taking Modi's suggestion of making railways like airlines rather literally. It appears there is a restriction of having airports within a certain distance of another airport. With stinking toilets and ramshackle system, Railways is starting out from the wrong end.
