Perfect points , but i want to add some points like 1. Dhn should take some portion of Asn div like jashidih , Madhupur etc as we are donating KGP to ER.

SER neglected it's bread butter making Divisions..If ckp and adra leaves SER they will go bankrupt... Ranchi is like Hum hai..wo hi bas hai.. Revenue ka expectations mat rakho..🤣
From my point of view Dhn , Adra , Ckp , Rnc should be in SER. KGP should be in ER , so that they resolve their issue in Howrah. If Dhn , Ckp , Adra came under one tree then you know what will happen.
