12319 will arrive GWL by 12.45 hrs as per ER notice in Bengali papers
they already had considerable slack in later end of the journey between KSJ-MTJ-AGC, they would've fixed the timings to compensate the slack added during the extension.
Rather than congesting NDLS in morning, this train could had been routed via Dayabasti bypass - Safdarjung route to Mathura

kanpur-onnao-dalmau-raibareily(rake reversal)-amethi-chilbila Jn(rake reversal) [1 station short from pratapgarh jn]-sultanpur.
or lagbhag kitna time lagega...presently is route pe koi train nahi hai.

3 times loco reversal difficult to be implemented for express but for passenger can be done sure and time can be increased by 2 hours
