sir this is site policy.
we never update extra coach in CC
if some TLM who is not aware of rule and update it and goes unnoticed then it may be different thing
You update latest news for extra coach so that is very correct update but dont add it in CC.

But pehle v add hota tha isliye kiya.
Kab se nahi add kiya jata pata nahi tha...
TLM ke liye ek guideline hona chahiye I think.
