Some states want to run special trains to evacuate it's citizen trapped in some place of India.
But actually I am not supporting this idea reason behind this are
1- If by chance one of the passenger is contaminated then their is a huge risk of contaminating other passengers of the train. Which is highly risky
2- Providing fooding facility will be quite difficult...

. As it is obvious putting pantry car in that train will be again be highly risky . So for providing fooding these trains have to stop in intermediate station for fooding facility which can be equally risky as their is huge chances of contaminating the station staffs as well as staffs providing fooding.
3- We cannot expect proper hygiene from these passengers. Their is a huge chances of these passengers spitting or doing anything unhygienic or contagious which is equally very risky for intermediate stations. And sanitizing every places from which this train passes through is quite difficult.
4- if by chance train takes a unscheduled halt in any station or place then their is huge chance of these passengers deboarding in those stations. Which is equally risky for people of place or staffs of that stations.
5- This job can be equally suicidal for the loco staffs as well as other staffs inside the train. They needed to be properly sanitized as well as needed to be provided PPE suits. Their is a huge chances that these staffs cannot perform their work in PPE suits as they are not well acquainted with those suits. And these work needs proper dedication from these staffs.
