the GRP, the police arrived late, leaving the body on the tracks for a considerable time. Eye-witnesses reported seeing the deceased lying on the tracks face up, with his glasses and mobile phone beside him. The deceased's family and co-workers stopped a freight train from crossing the track, maintaining a red signal light, to prevent any other train from running over the body. The station master declined to provide further information except to confirm the death of the PWI.
