wale passengers, kyunki middle berth wale passengers poora time apna seat nahi rakh sake. Naye rules ke mutabiq, middle berth wale passengers ko 6 AM tak apna seat khali karna hoga, aur lower berth wale passengers 10 PM se pehle ya 6 AM ke baad apna seat nahi use kar sakte. Agar koi passenger rules nahi manta hai, toh action liya ja sakta hai.
