Delhi Metro Timing Changed Ahead of Independence Day, Check Details

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced special arrangements for Independence Day, August 15th, 2024. Metro services will start at 4:00 AM from all terminal stations across all lines. with an invitation card issued by the Ministry of Defense for Independence Day celebrations will be permitted entry and travel upon presenting a valid photo ID at the station. The invitation cards are only valid for entry and exit at Lal Quila, Jama Masjid, and Chandni Chowk metro stations, which are closest to the event venue, and for return journeys from these stations. DMRC Principal Executive Director Anuj Dayal announced these special arrangements, which will include regular announcements inside the trains to inform passengers. The Defence Ministry will reimburse DMRC for the expenses incurred due to these arrangements.

Ministry ka invitation card sirf Lal Quila, Jama Masjid, aur Chandni Chowk metro stations pe entry aur exit ke liye valid hoga, jo event venue ke sabse paas hain, aur in stations se return journeys ke liye bhi. DMRC Principal Executive Director Anuj Dayal ne yeh special arrangements announce kiye hain, jisme trains ke andar passengers ko inform karne ke liye regular announcements bhi shamil hain. Defence Ministry, DMRC ko yeh special arrangements ke liye hue kharche ka reimbursement karega.
