I will add that 8 Coacher VB is a good idea to start with. All successful 8 Car VBs can be upgraded to 12 car and then to 16 car after review. If not successful the frequency can be reduced to say Biweekly and the rake can be used to run on profitable routes.
there has to be one more stoppage either lalitpur or Mahoba for rake reversal.
