Why should these Talgo coaches transported from Mumbai port to Uttar Pradesh Izzat nagar Railway workshop.These coaches may be 're assembled in CR /W R workshops in Mumbai area.Hope any 're assembled work shop facilities not suited in Mumbai rather than in UP.

Most likely, this is because the trial runs are going to be conducted in the Mathura-Palwal section. If the rake is assembled in CR/WR workshops, then it is possible that the coaches might be damaged during the long journey to Mathura. Since this is a trial run, the coaches should be in perfect condition during tests. So it is better to assemble them at a location as close as possible to the trial route.
