what are the difference between e-ticket, I-TIcket, PRS booked ticket in respect of booking , refund, cancellation , Charges. Also would link advantage and disadvantage of each type of ticket. As lot of user does not have good knowledge as each type of tickets has separate booking , refund, cancellation procedure.

Sr. citizen concession and half tkt for kids are allowed in e-tkt and i-tkt
net result is that before chart perpetration
e ticket if confirm or rac is best . ( if in waiting you not journey in waiting automatically cancel) making is easy more time to book and cancel. if lost then also there is no problem . before chart cancel very easily

correct. It is available in e-ticket and I-ticket. But concessions such as Duty Pass, Defence Quota, EQ, passholders (Railways, MPs, Ministers etc), cannot be booked online by ordinary persons like you and me. They have a separate access sign up, but site is same, linked directly however to the main server.
