Passengers chahte hain ki kam se kam do general compartments bhi train mein hon, jisse un logon ko bhi safaar karne mein aasani ho, jinko upper class ka ticket afford nahi kar sakte. Aur unki yeh bhi demand hai ki train mein ticket direct station se bhi le sakne chaiye, sirf online booking wale logon ke liye nahi.
