Land acquisition is the most crucial stage for any project. Amalpuram Dindi sector land acquisition final survey need to be done as written in article and issue notification. Land value fixed by the state Land acquition officer, classification and fixation of compensation price decides the pace of Land acquisition, court cases. Even the National Highway 216 is facing issues with Land as 50% length is new alignment and work in progress from 10 yrs. The stretch from Chinchinada Bridge upto Yanam bridge where new bypasses alignments are not completed.

This is the alignment of Razole Tatipaka Mummidukuru Bypass and the last leg is not connected to Highway and in one of hey bro channel he mentioned this bypass will take long time. This highway from Kathipudi to Narsapur expansion is taking place from the past 10 years and till now kakinada bypass is not commissioned. Land acquisition should have been completed in 2014-19 (the present Govt) itself and work in last 5yrs. These is because of land acquisition and court cases which I have mentioned in my reply. A simple example of land classification when someone draws a layout and sells land near to a town or village and is registered as plot in Sq yard but when in land acquisition they will quote as classify undivided land and compensation will be fixed in per acre which will be low and land owner will move court.
