yeah .. i was to mention that these universities are comparable with LPU .. Rayat Bahar , Landara , Chandigarh University ... etc..
Jrc Is undergoing complete modification. So maybe they thought Giving halt at JRC will Provide more prominence. juc Has not seen any developmental works since years now. Also, it was supposed to cater pgw pax as well but the bjp mla spoiled it all. Otherwise, no logical reason

Still JRC is mostly on the outskirts of the city, while JUC is city center.
