Operation of SCOR , looks like a Political decision of Central Government. I have noticed Railway ministry multiple times replied for mp's questions that there is no ETA/fixed timeline in parliament over SCoR/ SCoR operations . I really wondered how a work/task would be there without a ETA/fixed timeline.based on the answers looks like Railwayministry don't have a proper course of action/actionplan regarding SCoR issues.

It's funny how the Railway ministry keeps saying in Parliament that there is no ETA or fixed timeline for SCOR operations. I mean, how can they have a task without a deadline? It seems like the Railway ministry doesn't have a proper plan or course of action for SCOR issues. When SCOR was announced, the media said it would be operational in 6 months with Piyush Goyal as the Railway Minister. But now Ashwin says there's no fixed timeline.

Maine note kiya hai ki Railway ministry ne mahapurushon ke sawalon ke jawab mein parliament mein SCoR/SCoR operations ke upar koi ETA/yojna nahi hai. Mujhe sachmuch hairani hui ki bina kisi ETA/yojna ke kaam kaise chal sakta hai. Jawabon ke aadhar par lagta hai ki Railway ministry ke paas SCoR mudde ke bare mein koi sahi kriya ya action plan nahi hai.
Jab SCoR ka announcement hua tha, media mein dekha tha ki SCoR operations 6 mahine ke andar ho jayenge, Piyush Goyal railway minister the. Ab Ashwini ne kaha hai ki koi fixed timeline nahi hai.
