What I said was give AND take. If Mumbai is handling Non Premium Trains for Goans then Goans can have Premium Trains for Mumbai. Mumbai isn't exactly free to be charitable here nor does Goa. Every section of society have to be considered. Nothing I said was objectionable if seen objectively but that isn't exactly your forté is it ??
