Travelled by charminar express yesterday from chennai to secunderabad. Was allotted S12/31 RAC. The whole bogie was washed i suppose as there was stagnant water. Even the berths/seats had water on it. Train started on time but since it was wet all over had to wait for the water to dry. It took almost an hour for the water to dry. Rats running all over. The bogie looked clean after it was dried naturally. Two out of four toilets were dry, one toilet had water all over because once you flush, the water doesn't go in po, it spills over on the floor. The fourth toilet was more horrible. with everything overflowing. A human being cannot enter it. The toilets were something different. It had green light buttons to flush. one toilet was rendered useless. Such horrible situation for an esteemed train.

Yes they might have kept the windows open at yard and during rain water would have seeped in...Atleast at yard they should have closed the windows so avoid this situation..

I agree that the windows might be open, but during the whole day there wasnt any rain in chennai yesterday and seeping is not possible for the entire coach as water was on berths as well. The windows were closed too.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
