I have booked tkt from umb to dhn on 12380 but not clear during final charting i aslo opt for vikalp in 13152 but not got cnf seat there also in current 82 seats are available in 13152

And opted for vikalp for next day evening gkp humsafar

vikap will be applied to trains where 1st charting is yet to happen, here 13152 1st charting happened before your original train 12380.
