Got some reviews of 12827 hwh prr sf exp and 12828 prr hwh sf exp.
1.overall cleanliness very good in 12828.
2.coach cndn very poor specially unreserved ones
3.cleanliness of unreserved coaches very poor still in 12827.

frustrated abt regular delays in adra prr section and train being held up at adra jn
5.new thing that i heared is that hwh prr sf exp gets controlled from bqa to adra on regular basis.
6.unreserved coaches water in the toilets finish soon as no filling of water done at hwh.
7.daily psngrs say that no of unreserved coaches need to be increased at least by 3 to accomodate psngrs.psngrs from adra ,bqa ,vsu dnt get seats.
8.many psngrs still r lamenting on the fact that there are no bengali train boards for hwh prr hwh sf exp.
