Your CC analysis is wrong. 12884 is running with extra CC(CE2). As per final record 107/146 in CC and 34/108 in 2S was reservation occupancy. Overall occupancy including unreserved was 76.3% from PRR. All the GNWL quota alloted to PRR, ANR, ADRA and CJN was 107% occupied. RLWL from BQA onwards was 91% occupied. Considering these statistics on weekdays, I don't think it's a bad record anyway.
BKSC should get a Kolkata bond but not the DHN ones under any circumstances. Coalfield and Black are already running with more than 65% occupancy from DHN itself plus ASN, DGR needs no brainer. It will be gracefully unfair for the people of Dhanbad.
