We know that many a trains passing through the Sahibganj Loop that are bound to North or Western India change their locomotives at far away stations even after crossing the unelectrified section of SBG loop such as Brahmaputra,Vikramshila,SDAH-BSB/ANVT etc.
Except those which do the LC in Kiul,the others undergo LC at other stations skipping PNBE as Kiul doesn't have the infrastructure to Change the locos of all passing-by trains...So my question is whether these trains should use PNBE as an LC point to save the rapidly increasing cost of Diesel...
