The reason RB did not approve for modification of BKSC Pitline is that at first u have to prrove/show to rly board that u have enough no. Of train from a stn to get a pitline. In case of BKSC except BKSC-BBS Garib rath there is no other train exp originating and that too garib rath is ECOR train and also temporary train due to DC line closure . Also HWH-BKSC PGR require no maintainance now as rake goes to RNC as pgr train. So tell me a reason why RB will approve fund for BKSC now..SER is foolishly asked for fund without knowing the nature of RB working now. That is why i told u SER ADRA Div is useless. When SER had pitlines in working condition they should have started 2 to 3 new trains from BKSC then RB would have considered on spending money on...
more... pitlines. But now nothing can be done. RB will now not allocate fund for BKSC Pitline construction.
Same is with MEMU Shed at TATA. RB denied because TATA Do not have orinating MEMU. All MEMU running from TATA is a RSA of KGP-TATA MEMU....Why u require a shed when there is not enough no of MEMU originating trains RB do not want to waste money where proper utilization is not there.SER KGP and Tikiapara shed is enough for around 12 to 15 rakes r there of MEMU witb SER now. SER must first of all create enough new routes from TATA originating and buy more 10 MEMU rakes then ask for Shed at TATA and show this requirement to RB. For 12 to 15 MEMU rake maintainance 2 shed KGP and TKPR is sufficient as per RB.
