Already having less unreserved coaches and then also railways have blocked another half of one coach giving another blow for unreserved passengers. The rush of unreserved passenger is huge for this train.

There are more than 50 trains plying between Delhi-Lko section. Fill up EOG/SLR of those trains.
AC express departs one hour after LKO mail. Send up RMS from that. If still more than capacity, add up an extra coach in AC express, it can still accommodate two more coaches.
