Where can I complain regarding refunds from IRCTC..I partially cancelled (one passenger) a ticket on 07/03/2018..On 09/03/2018 I received a mail from IRCTC that my refund is processed and will reflect in my bank account in 5-7 business days..But I am yet to get the refund in my bank account..And status in IRCTC site is shown as REFUNDED..What to do??
