There is an unusual thing happening while booking ticket from IRCTC
I am trying to book ticket for below but it doesn't let me book from BCT to NDLS however it allows from Surat onwards.. This is strange and I know seats are available. Can anyone tell me?

While booking I get below error which is very weird. Please rectify and state the reason to make me understand why I am not able to book the ticket as noone in call centre is able to answer.
