Success of the ac suburban trains depend a lot on the frequency of the ac locals.
Success is guaranteed if one ac coach is provided in almost all the fast locals operating on the route instead of running a few fully ac local trains.

I think the morning timing is totally wrong for borivali as well as virar. 7 30 am from borivali is a bit early and 9 30 am from virar is too late for office going people.
IF WR wants it to be a success, they need at least 2 rakes to start with. These should depart virar and borivali simultaneously at around 8 15 am so that borivali people get a chance to board another local coming from virar at around 8 45 am if they miss the borivali starting local due to any reason. This would assure guaranteed success of AC locals. Also the season ticket rate should be same as being charged for normal first class since, the first class...
