Yesterday had bad exp in tatksl booking , tried for ticket from Ms to mafurai , did Autofills of passenger details N logged in at 1100 21 . Berth avlb was 167 , by the time payment option came , screen message said lb for I pax nor avlb , proceed with choice or no choice , I clicked no choice , after that irct website just took processing time of 45 sec N lo Al wait list ticket came from 45 to 48 , felt very much cheated , lost 240 in can fee and 23 to irctc N 25 for payment gateway exo , just crooked N day light robbery by IRCTC

Ons passenger was female , aged 50 years with knee problem , si gave lb choice only for her, other pax no choice was given , but IRCTC is behaving like MNC
you have clicked on check box that do not book ticket if atleast one cinfirm berth is no allotef
Sre first I gave option of Lb to one person , later when message came , gave no choice N proceed who, e process less than 10sec N payment option anothe 15 sec , but my effort was wasted , later booked ticket in Ac bus , costing 1200 for each person

I too have bad expreiences while canceling ticket, it will better if you post on twitter page. As from my point of view rly is running in profit.
