But I m nt clear wth d question itself. Hw can he ask fr both a) and b) in the same question ? What ds he actually want ?? I think he just want a changefr the current ap AC. Eother speed up or provide sleeper
RM or railways can answer any thing. There are many instants we can quote where train class changed.
Example Sesaram - Delhi AC express converted as Garibrath later extended.
Some of Karmabhumi exp trains 3A, 2A coaches and also for some YUVA trains.

Exactly if RM thinks and changed means no problem for any one..Iam just sharing what the question and answer is..as usual a sentence called any thing possible in IR:)
Yes , if changes in speed means no prblm or adding of SL coaches to convert Non AC exp ..
