Let first our tracks be developed properly and then trains should be started. If no development of tracks is done and trains are randomly started every budget , then soon all the tracks of india will becoome congested , just like the ECR/NCR MGS-MZP-ALD-CNB tracks.

This is a much better and cool budget than any other.
I've seen the pink books of different zones and the budgetary allotments are 2.5 to 3 times more than even the last year allotments to almost each and every project.
So we need these kind of budgets.
