Evening observations at Pune Railway Station on Saturday, 21-Feb-2009 from 17:30 to 19:00 hrs!
1) 1077 Pune-Jammutawi Jhelum Exp departed from PF1 with orange WDG3A Shakti (mostly PUNE Shakti loco).
2) Pit line near PF6 had ERS WDM3A # 14125 taking rest. And pit line between PF2/PF3 had blue GTL WDM3A # 14036 baldie...

3) Pune-Lonavala EMU departed from PF3.
4) A goods train hauled twin Gooty WDG3A locos came from Shivajinagar direction and moved towards GIT Yard (Ghorpadi). Leading loco (towards Daund/Miraj direction) was AEB fitted (Auto Emergency Brake) GY WDG3A # 14690 and trailing loco was AEB fitted GY WDG3A # 14576 baldie (with buldge face towards Mumbai direction).
5) Yellow PUNE WDS6 # 36006 shunter was busy shunting goods wagons.
6) 2113 Pune-Nagpur Garib Rath Exp departed from PF4 with blue/white PUNE WDM3D # 11215.
7) 2128 Pune-Mumbai Intercity Exp departed from PF2 with KYN WCAM3 # 21961 loco.
8) Derated green PUNE WDM2S # 18495 parked the rake of outgoing 2157 Pune-Solapur Hutatma Exp on PF5. Later, 2157 Hutatma Exp departed with KYN WDM3D # 11243.
9) Lonavala-Pune EMU came on PF6 and later departed back as Pune-Lonavla EMU at 18:10 hrs.
10) Late running 6351 CSTM-TPTY-NCJ Mumbai-Tirupati-Nagercoil Exp came on PF3 with KYN WCG2 # 20152 and departed with ED WDM3D # 11187.
11) Right time running 1617 KJT-PUNE Karjat-Pune Shuttle came on PF5 with KYN WCG2 # 20156 and later departed as 1547 Pune-Baramati Passenger with brown PUNE WDM3A # 17863R.
12) Derated blue PUNE WDM2S # 17158 parked the rake of outgoing 2129 Pune-Howrah Azad Hind Exp on PF1. Also, derated green PUNE WDM2S # 18346 attached 2 parcel vans at trailing (Mumbai) end of the rake of 2129. Later, Azad Hind Exp left
Pune at 18:30 hrs (mostly with PUNE WDM3A/WDG3A - not observed).
13) Late running 7031 CSTM-Hyderabad Exp came on PF4 with orange KZJ WDM3A # 18899R and departed with same loco.
14) Light running triplet WDG3A came from GIT Yard and moved towards outer yard. The leading loco (towards Mumbai direction) was turquoise PUNE WDG3A # 13150 Shakti, middle loco was turquoise PUNE WDG3A # 13040 Shakti and trailing loco (towards Daund/Miraj direction) was orange PUNE WDG3A # 14677.
15) 1556 Solapur-Pune Passenger came on PF6 with GY WDM3A # 14009 baldie (buldge face towards Mumbai direction).
16) 1009 Mumbai-Pune Sinhgad Exp came on PF5 with KYN WCG2 loco.
17) Lonavala-Pune EMU came on PF1. At 19:00 hrs, as I was leaving station area, this EMU departed back to LNL.
18) 6352 Yashvantpur-Ajmer Garib Navaz Exp came on PF3 with orange KZJ WDG3A # 13402 Shakti.
19) 1041 Mumbai-Chennai Exp came on PF4 with KZJ WDM3A # 18895R.
