The train has a mps of 110 kmph, hence, has average speed like that of a superfast. Surprisingly I have been observing this train from a year, and it has mas division coaches which are 130 fit for 12611/12 MAS-NZM-MAS GR. so, Restriction of GR to 110 in KR is not understandable! This kind of special treatment is even done to other GRs like JBP and NGP GR, i.e giving them a sf timetable instead of faster rajdhani type.
Cleanliness of the rake is fine, without even one cleaning staff! That is lots said about the ethics of the people travelling in this train. Catering is not done, even vendors at Mangaluru n all r not good. Best thing would be to...

In yet another rail accident, a 43-year-old commuter died today, when he got trapped between the platform and the express train at Thane railway station.
The commuter, Kodakil Vellamuddan Chandran, an engineer, was travelling in the Kochivili-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Garib Rath Express towards LTT.
As the train was about to halt at platform number eight, the commuter while alighting from an AC compartment fell straight into the gap between the platform and the rake, sources in the Railway Police said.
