RSA may not be appreciated by all passengers. After all, this is Indian Railways and atleast Destination stations must share some responsibility in Primary maintenance. Secondary is anyway done along the route - BZA/BPQ have floor cleaning/toilet cleaning/waste disposal, so what is the difference between MAS & BZA? The underlying issue is inadequate infrastructure and manpower at Chennai Central(and Egmore also) which needs to be tackled once and for all - RSA is a stop-gap arrangement which will always see perennial complaints from passengers and "inadequate" explanations from authorities.
