In ECOR also many such Officer's are there who thinks as per their whims Loco will be given to train by IR and other Zones are bound to do it as it is their demand(Glaring Example: /blog/post/1565519)
If this Rule is Implemented then at least incident like /blog/post/1565519 can be Stopped and 3-Phaser Passenger Loco i.e WAP-7 can be inducted in SER & ECOR.
I think Senior Officer from GZB, TKD ELS is required to be transferred to SRC, TATA,PURI ELS ASAP in place of Senior Officers of these Loco Sheds, if we have to give the WAP-7 link to the Important Contenders of these two Zones(SER,ECOR) like 12277/12278,12262/12261,12860/12859,12222/12221,12245/12246 in future for Passenger Comfort and lessen the "Huge Slack" given in the TT of ALL except 12277/12278 ONLY(Already IR Loosing Passengers Now /news/post/241749)
Moreover 12277/12278 needs to be provided with 3-Phase Loco Link as because the "Late Running" of 12278 most of the Time due to "Loco Failure"(Conventional Link of SRC,VSKP etc)delay 12277 drastically to the dawn of the next day to Puri for consecutive 3 to 4 days in a week.
Forum please Note that "This Delay" is the main cause of "Less Popularity" of this Train among passengers and <50% Occupancy in the entire rake in many times. So, WAP- 7 and two rake,one at each end(HWH & PURI) are the Need of the Hour for the "Timely Running" of this with "Tight Schedule" and revive this Train and restore it's existence with "Full Occupancy".
