It is indeed RJPB Rajdhani Sahil bhai. Pantry being AC or non-AC depends on whether the rake is non-self-generating [NSG] which requires EOGs, or self-generating [SG] which does not require EOGs. Full AC ICF rakes are "usually" NSG so as to cater to the heavy AC load uninterruptedly. But here ECR surpassed all levels of logical thinking when they created a spare rake out of conventional SG AC coaches from spare rakes of various M/E trains. Since this rake was SG and had no EOGs, obviously a non-AC Pantry car had to be attached. So yeah, shocking, illogical, frustrating but true is this news. (Sorry for the confusing explanation)
