a) FOR BHUPEN HAZARIKA MEMORIAL-RUPEES 50 CRORES TO BE SPEND CENTRALLY UNDER DIRECT SUPERVISION FROM THE CENTRAL GOVT. AS LOCAL GOVT WILL EAT UP 45 CRORES AND ACTUALLY SPEND 5 CRORES FOR THE PROJECT.WITH THIS MODI COULD HAVE WIN THE HEARTS OF EVERY ASSAMESE MAN AND GOOD KICK ON THE PRESENT STATE GOVT OF ASSAM.
b)FOR LAKHIMPUR DIST--
I) ONE BIG SPORTS COMPLEX WHICH WOULD INCLUDE AN OUT DOOR STADIUM, ONE INDOOR STADIUM,SWIMMING POOL,ARCHERY ACADEMI, FOOTBALL ACADEMY

I think if properly planned and spent rupees 500 crores should be good enough to complete the above projects which will benefit the people of the northeast in a very big way besides helping to generate quite a good nos. of employments.MODI JI AND BJP would have reaped a good harvest in the coming assembly election.So I think MODI JI SHOULD CONCENTRATE MORE IN SUCH PROJECTS INSTEAD OF TAKING THE HEADACHE OF LAND SWAP DEAL WITH THE BANGLADESH, if he wants theBJP. TO COME TO POWER IN THE NORTHEAST.WHY OUR BJP MPS OF THE NORTH EAST ARE SO AFRAID OF MODI JI and why they have failed to give a clear pictue of the NORTHEAST TO THE PRIME MINISTER ?
