SILLY INDIAN RAILWAYS and JOKER ECoR. REPLY TO MY GRIVANCE IS AFTER THE BUDGET IS RIDUCULOUS.
1. It took almost 6 months to reply my grievance.
2. Had Tatanagar and Baiyyappanahalli train not announced in the 2014-15 budget will 12551/52 routed via VSKP?
3. Will they reply me If Tatanagar and Baiyyappanahalli train is not announced?

Grievance Description : Dear sir, 12551/Yeshvantpur - Kamakhya SF Weekly AC Express a NFR train was started recently but railways ignored to provide stop at Duvvada and also bypassing Visakhapatnam. It is bring to your kind notice that as many as 7 trains by-pass Vizag a very important station in the jurisdiction of East Coast Railway which is revenue grosser.In fact it is a bigger city than Bhubaneswar and PURI together with population over 20 lacs.Just because BBS is a head quarters of Ecor the decisions taken by it should not be taken blindly and reviewed by railway Board from time to time as huge complaints are against bias towards Vizag.It is learnt that in all IRTTC meetings Ecor conveniently ignores the WAT division as it was not allowed to say or represent the key issues particularly with reference to by-pass trains and introduction of new trains.VSKP is the biggest city between Chenna and Kolkata,but bypasses trains which are not saving any time to long distance passengers.Why the same phenomenon is tried to by-pass trains Via Gannavaram- Kondapalli a freight route of BZA division in SCR which the authorities say requires CRS permission speaks double standards of Railways.On the other hand some staff of Vizag are posted at Vizianagaram just to fill the water and other TXR issues for few trains. Vizag a full fledged division with all the platform and other facilities like attending to major repairs to AC coaches and replacement etc is bypassed and extra expenditure and man hours are diverted and wasted by Eco Railways in the name of bypassing trains.The main intention of Ecor is to ensure that trains are not made available with sufficient quota to VSKP passengers and the empty berths are enjoyed by the people of Odisha only. Ex SRC-Tirupathi and SRC-SSPN weekly trains.Ecor failed to propose a dedicated train from Visakhapatnam to Mysore via Chennai and Bengaluru though WAT included in the list of trains required by Vizag to its HQs even though there is huge rush.In the IRTTC meeting it was proposed a premium train from BBS to SBC but actually there is no 130% demand from the originating station which actually should have been started from Vizag.Since,Prasanthi a originating train was taken away by BBS it is high time a dedicated train should be started from Vizag itself. Ecor is dodging the figures in such a way that no train is having GNWL quota from VSKP to Banglore stations.Please ignore the decisions made by Ecor which is totally against to Vizag and immediately this matter may be resolved at Board level. Please try to bring th train 12551/Yeshvantpur - Kamakhya SF Weekly AC Express to Vizag as it is in appropriate ti ignore a city like Vizag which earning good money to railways.The matter may be put the notice of Member Traffic Railway Board New Delhi.

Details : At present, Visakhapatnam is well connected to Bangalore. Besides, in the Railway Budget 2014-15, a weekly train service between Tatanagar and Baiyyappanahalli has been announced with stoppage at Visakhapatnam. This would provide additional connectivity between Visakhapatnam and Bangalore. As regards provision of stoppage of 12551/12552 Kamakhya-Yesvantpur Express at Duvvada, it is stated that provision of stoppage is an on-going process on Indian Railways subject to operational feasibility, traffic justification and availability of resources, etc.

new exp takes 40hrs+ vskp-bypa only single jrny , if we take other route ,we can do both up/down inside 40 hrs

If there is no dedicated train from VSKP why should VSKP in AP should align with East Coast BUBANESWAR of odisha. So its high time for separation and zone formed at VSKP.

1.BBS is well connected with SBC by more than 11 trains apart from PURI-YPR. 2.Will ED stop running any new trains from BBS.
3.Is there a necessity to run a bi-weekly premium from BBS to YPR?
4.If given a chance Ecor will run a tortoise route like BBS-SBP-R-NGP-SC-YPR for fancy and status of a HQs.
