Train Travel Tips
No charging points at side lower in 3A class. 2 charging points given at each cabins.
Morning newspaper given of some local (Free Press) publishers.
Don't demean FREE PRESS JOURNAL, it is a very old Mumbai based newspaper and was truly patriotic unlike the Times of India during the British Raj.....
My intention was not to demean it. But in trains like duronto, TOI or The Hindu would be more acceptable.
No towels are given even if u ask them personally. They say passengers take it with them so they stopped giving it.
carry extra water bottle or buy it at one of the technical stops, you wont be given extra bottle!
At night, 1 Rail Neer bottle will be given. Morning breakfast after ratlam. In non-veg one will get omlett, 2 slices of bread, bbutter and tea/coffee. At noon, soup is served with butter and bread sticks and Elaichi milk(Mahananda brand). At lunch, in non-veg, chicken butter masala ,4 chapatis, dal, rice, and curd(Mahananda brand). At 2:30, ice cream is served. And then they come for tips.
For 3A & 2A pax, food is loaded at RTM & KOTA. Pc is for 1A pax only.
Disagree, Food is not loaded at RTM.
for 2A/3A, breakfast is loaded at BCT/BRC and Lunch at Kota. Nothing but newspapers (if any) are loaded at RTM. Quoting this from personal experience as I have travel 4-5 times on this train.
