SM shifts to SHM. PM at SBP can be managed. But 1stly, NHAI need to shorten Kolkata-Sambalpur Highway distance by constructing Ghatshila -Bhadrasahi NH 118A. Or Constructing a Highway Parallelly to Ghatshila-Rourkela Railway Line.
