1. 06215 is operated at midnight for Dasara tourists to return to SBC. But 06216 is sent back to MYS at 2 am from SBC, would hardly have any takers - a loss to IR. Just for the sake of returning the MYS division rake for Rajya Rani.
2. Instead SBC division could have used that CAN rakes (with an assortment of extra UR coaches) or a couple of DEMUs (which SBC has many), on the morning of 30th from SBC for tourists to go to MYS and returned at midnight for Dasara tourists to return back. A win-win situation for both tourists and for IR.

I was in Mysuru Rly Stn yesterday night to return to Bengaluru by Night Queen Passenger after witnessing Jambu Savari and visit to KRS. As I had reserved my berth in the only one SL Coach of this train, I was bit relieved and casually walked into PF 2 to board NQP train, when someone asked me about one more train at 10.30 PM bound for Bangalore. I was clueless about this additional one trip to Bengaluru by T.No:06216 and said 'I dont know'. This may be the reason the NQP was not very much crowded like in earlier years on Vijayadashami day.
