EcoR intentionally diverting this train showing congestion and other bla bla. It can easily go to VSKP with the same slot.
If this train going to VSKP is good, but if go, then train will got much delayed for Loco Change, Searching a Platform to halt atleast 20Min, and some other things. So now provide SCMN as tech halt for crew change..

Even if it is not made a regular train,the increase of trips should be declared for every 3 months instead of every month.
